Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming it. This doesn't mean we've accepted your order yet. We can refuse or cancel an order for various reasons, including if a product isn't available, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. We also reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

Pricing, taxes and payment

All prices on our website are in USD. We charge sales tax at checkout, and this includes tax on shipping costs. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Cash on delivery. We charge your chosen payment method when you place your order.

Shipping and delivery

We offer various shipping options for different regions. You can find more details about our shipping times and costs on our Shipping Policy page /policies/shipping. Once your order is delivered, you become responsible for it.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping cost, and there's no restocking fee. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. Accounts and accuracy of information

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You can also check out as a guest without creating an account.
